In 2002, Marla Cusack took her two greatest passions, food and accounting, as the foundation for Restaurant Financial Management Group (RFMG), a Los Angeles-based firm catering to the financial and accounting needs of the restaurant industry. RFMG quickly gained a diverse high-profile clientele with cuisines ranging from Asian to Italian, French to Mexican, and from bakeries to seafood. Annual sales for RFMG’s current clients vary from 1.5 to 13 million dollars. RFMG has since expanded to work within the hotel industry.Â
